Wow were has the time gone. I really can not believe that I have not posted in 11 days. I think that is a "bad" record that I just set. Yesterday I was so pooped from all of our fun activities and day to day chores that I was wishing that I could think up a blog post. I was sitting in my recliner with a coffee in hand and dreaming of my next post....Well I had so great ideas... I think... I lost them all! Haha! Anyway I want to catch up so bad which is why I think I am falling further behind. We have been doing so much! SO much that I want to blog about... but I have decided to blog in the present for now and when I get around to it {pack post}!
So here is a list of everything our family has been doing.....not in order...
{1} Huskies beat Cal High in the 1st round of NCS playoffs...We play next Sat 11/28 at TAK vs. College Park {2} Colton has been smiling like crazy....full face smiles! Laughing even! We have got some great video this past week! {3}I took a photography workshop from Krista {KLP} wish I knew how to add links cause you would LOVE her blog! I have been practicing away. Only on the taking photos....hoping Santa brings me Photoshop for Christmas. I decided to start with the Elements {cheaper} one even though I would love love love the CS4! I want to make sure Photo Editing is something I like b4 I really invest. {4}We went to monterey for my birthday! Had a blast! Can't wait to post pics... this was before my workshop but i did take some w/o the FLASH! #1 rule from Krista! : ) {5}Been visiting and catching up with old & new friends... aimee & sam, dawn, gina & alisa, ashley & livi (jackson too) & lunch with g. wit.... {6} Football, Football, Football.... we are really missing Daddy. Ashlyn has been clinging to him like glue. Eric is off the next few days & Sat due to the FB game so we are excited to spend time together! {7}Ready for Christmas... decorations down - check, decorations out of boxes - check, can't wait for Thanksgiving so we can start decorating!!! {8} Having so much fun enjoying my "stay at home mommy" time. Ashlyn and I try and do at least one fun activity each day. I know that does not sound like a lot but remember I am on maternity leave for my almost 3 month old. Thank goodness he loves his swing! {9} Excited for Thanksgiving for so many reasons... Our family thinks we are crazy going to everyone house but I am not ready to not see our parents on holidays... Tomorrow we have Gma Johnston's at 12:00, Javona's at 4:00 and Mom's at 7:00. Those are not the perspective start times those are our arrival times...{10} ok one last thing... having an AWESOME November thinking about EVERYTHING I have to be thankful for... so much... wait for another post on this!
Ok well that's all for now hope I can get around to getting pictures to all of these fun family things soon! And what is a post w/o a picture....

see now this picture will help me justify getting a new lens... I really only wanted Ashlyn's face of concentration in focus... my lens can't do that. But lots of practicing b4 I spend more money...My new lens will be able to go down to 1.4 hopefully... great way to spend my birthday & christmas money! Oh and sorry Krista for the merger... but still loved this one! haha! I did go 360 & tilted...which is hard for me!
**PS her highchair needed some tightening. It was getting loose. So I tightened all the screws and Ash decided she wanted to help. I really can't believe her hand-eye coordination. She was getting the allen wrench in the holes! My kid is AWESOME! I can say that right! **
