This weekend Eric's friend from work {finally} asked him to play on his team. Eric has been wanting to play with these guys for a while but there was no opening on their team. The team name is 786. They are ranked and really organized. This weekend they played in 2 tournaments...Saturday in Modesto (lost in Championship game...after playing 6) and Sunday in Campbell (lost in playoffs...after 4 games) The guys we toast after the first two games but hung on for another two. Eric can barley walk...he joked and said "so is this what it feels like to get old?" Believe me Eric is in shape but sprinting full speed for over 10 games in a weekend sure kicked his butt... I look forward to him playing more. I LOVE watching Eric play. Especially b/c I know how much he loves it!
The kids and I made it out to three games on Sunday. We had so much fun. When we use the words football and daddy Ashlyn thinks Eric is coaching so it was a treat to actually see daddy play. She loved it! She kept pointing to him and looking at me..."daddy! daddy mama daddy!" too cute ~ She loves him!
I was having a great time with my kids, watching my hubby do something he loves and my favorite thing to do... take pictures! I was playing around with so many settings on the camera that I don't think I learned anything cause I don't remember what was set when I took each picture...oh well I still had fun and I am loving some of them!
