Tonight Ashlyn and I made Mickey Christmas Cookies!
Eric and I have always and will continue to be good at bringing food {and an ice chest} on our vacations. We try to bring all our snackie foods and drinks and try and limit ourselves to spending money on 1 big meal a day and 1 cheap meal/heavy snack. This for this trip we actually stayed at a hotel that provided breakfast which saved us SO much money! Gotta love it! Anyway back to the cookies....
Our original plan was to make Christmas cookies Monday night. When we decided to go to Disneyland, I thought why don't we make Mickey shaped cookies. They were perfect b/c we could just pull one of the ears off for a smaller cookie for Ashlyn...
We had a great time decorating! As Always...

so much fun!! i wasn't sure if we were going to do gingerbread houses, cookies and/or decorating rice krispie treat houses- have you seen those? super cute! i start vacation on FRIDAY...we have LOTS planned!
