Love saturdays when I am home focusing on family time and hanging out with my kids... It has been awesome so far....
~ashlyn came into my bed once eric left for work... my little sidekick... what a way to start a day with the best cuddler {besides eric}
~once colt wok up the three of us along with lots of blankies, pillows, milk, and coffee for me watched shrek 2. eric bought the kids the whole set and we have been having a movie night once a week with eric, ash and me. last night was shrek 2. so ash wanted colto to watch it today since he missed it last night. so sweet. love how much they love each other.
~after the movie we ate a simple breakfast...cereal. that is a treat it is usually something hot but i was loving the simple breakfast today.
~then off to play with toys. colton is still on overload from the new toys. he is learning how to sort and put everything away. ash was trying to keep her dolls from colton by bribing him with other toys. i'm sure i did that too... guessing it is a big sister thing. we played, played, and played some more. i love when i can actually take time and sit with them. no interruptions. no laundry.
~love hearing all of colton new words. he is doing so well....he is trying to say everything even if you can't understand it all.
~a yummy lunch of leftovers.
~now hanging out playing dolls while i'm making this post...
I want to get better at documenting my normal days with the kids. Can't wait to get back to blogging so I can remember all the fun family functions we had. But not right now... maybe during nap time. I want to enjoy my kids...can't wait for Eric to get home from work....
a few spills, a few pushes, but lots of hugs and kisses!
