MONTANA Vacation

The week in Montana was so much fun! We traveled from SFO to Bozeman airport. (Colton's 1st flight) The Bozeman airport was beautiful nothing like we have in Oakland, San Jose or SF. Then we piled into our suburban....by piled I literally mean piled...the kids in their carseats with me smashed in the middle in the third seat, mom, michael, eric and ashliy squished in the center seat, luggage in the front seat with the double stroller, and papa wally driving. Crazy funny but really uncomfortable! Good thing the drive was only 45 minutes to Big Sky.

We arrived at our condo...Lake Condominimums... can you say BEAUTIFUL! The place is awesome. Overlooking a frozen-over lake from the kitchen and family room. You will see in the pictures... and the view from our bedroom is on Lone Mountain which is the Big Sky Peak.

We had a great week....I think in this post I will list them all and then do seperate posts for the days... we went skiing several days! Awesome Skiing! Ate at great restaurants (the kids were so great...we were lucky) Did a day trip to Yellowstone, saw a ton of wildlife, geysers, mud pots & of couse old faithful!  Tube/Snow Park, Wolf & Grizzly Discoverey Center in West Yellowstone, Sleigh Ride, mom & wally went to bozeman to see The Museum of the Rockies. The largest findings of Dinosaur Fossils are here in Montana. We all wanted to go but it was also the day we were going to the Tube/Snow park and Ashlyn needed a nap if we even thought we would enjoy it : )

Thank you Mom & Wally for such a great family trip. We enjoyed getting to know Ashliy, Michael's girlfriend. She is adorable and so loving! I love seeing Michael and all his cuteness with his first "real" girlfriend. Whatever the future may bring who knows but right now I like her and loved getting to know each other. Ashlyn is a huge fan too!

Fun things about the kids this week:
-Colton turned 5 months on the 2nd which was Uncle Ryan's Birthday
-Ashlyn said "Uncle Mike & Uncle Michael" all week....almost like she was an announcer.
-Mom threw a snowball in Ashlyn's face one night after dinner and Ash just laughed... I love this kid! Who would have ever thought a 23 month old not to cry when having snow in her face. PS it was all in fun.
-We got Ash to say BUFFALO. It was adorable. All day in our private bus she said "Buf fallo" Bye bye Buf Fallo" awe that makes me smile just remembering it....

money shoot...the kiddos were out! when we got home Sunday...they napped from 3:30-9:30 and both back in bed by 10:15...I would say they were tired!
